Legacy of Satan — Agnus Dei [Black/Death Metal, Review]

The first full-length album of Lagacy of Satan under the title "Agnus Dei" inherits the predecessors EPs like "Carnivora" and "Apocalypse" - it is furious, fast, brutal and extreme, combining infernal energy and occult thematics. The album is a fantastic piece of symphonic black metal, more then the previous works of the band, being somewhat similar to best works of Dimmu Borgir, Abigor and Anorexia Nervosa, but at the same time providing own unique sound and vocals approach. Legacy of Satan mastered up to date their best work, with addictive melodies, outstanding diverse vocals coated with extreme guitars and fast blast beats. Sound production is very clear, which is usual for Legacy of Satan works, nicely incorporating background synths into the black/death metal rhythm section. I would reccoment this release to all fans of bands like Belphegor, Dimmu Borgir, Dark Funeral, Anorexia Nervosa, Marduk, Batushka.
